This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Visit statistics, if enabled, are counted without cookies and without personal data.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data only to answer your enquiry and arrange your stay (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to a contract). We never sell it or send you marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact. Booking records are kept as long as tax and tourism law requires.
Who else processes it
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and protects the form from bots (Cloudflare Turnstile), which processes technical browser data without tracking cookies.
Form messages are delivered by an email delivery provider. The Google Maps link opens Google only when you click it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its processing. Write to [email protected].
You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
